08:00 AM: Our local guide will meet you at your hotel in Sapa. After a short briefing about the trekking plan, a private car will transfer you to Ta Giang Phin Village in Ngu Chi Son Commune, where your adventure begins.
 
09:00 AM: Arrive at Suoi Thau in Ta Giang Phin. Here, you will meet your porter and do a short warm-up before starting the hike. The trail offers breathtaking scenery — panoramic views of Ta Giang Phin Valley, lush jungles, and serene mountain landscapes.
Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way with freshly prepared local food.
 
04:30 PM: Arrive at Ngu Chi Son Mountain Hut. Take a rest, sip a hot cup of tea or coffee and watching sunset at the Hut, relax while dinner is being prepared.

9km trek – Gain 600m
 
04:30 AM: Wake up early, freshen up, and have breakfast before setting off to conquer the summit of Ngu Chi Son. You may leave your backpack at the hut and bring only essentials such as water, trekking stick, and warm clothing.
 
The ascent takes approximately 2 hours. Around 6:30–7:00 AM, you will reach the summit, where you can witness a stunning sunrise and panoramic mountain views (weather permitting)
 
Afterward, return to the hut for lunch, pack up your belongings, and trek back down to the village.
 
03:30 PM: Arrive back in Sapa, marking the end of your memorable journey.

What is the level of trekking difficulty for this tour?

This trek is considered moderate to challenging, as it includes uphill sections, forest trails, and summit climbing. It is suitable for travelers with good physical condition and some trekking experience.

We recommend bringing trekking shoes, a small backpack, warm clothes, a rain jacket, sunscreen, and personal items. Early mornings on the mountain can be cold, especially near the summit.

No, porters will help carry food and water, and you can leave larger items at the mountain hut before the summit climb. You only need to bring your personal essentials for trekking.

After descending from the mountain, a car will transfer you back from Ta Giang Phin to Sapa Town, and the tour ends at around 3:30 PM.
