Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and our local partners.

Cancellation Terms:

  • 7 days or more before tour date: Full refund of deposit
  • 2–6 days before tour date: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 48 hours before tour or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable
 
 

Force Majeure:

In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or travel restrictions that affect safety, we will do our best to:
  • Offer alternative dates or routes
  • Provide a partial or full refund depending on the situation
